Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Métier box along with all designer tags and protective dust bags to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
